羅偉 (Luo Wei)老師

原廈門大學法學院教師，教授國際貿易法和國際商法。1988年來美攻讀JD。攻讀JD期間對美國法律信息的分類、編纂、數碼化和出版產生極大的興趣。取得JD學位后，及進入華盛頓州立大學信息管理學院和法學院聯合舉辦的法學圖書管理專業 (Law Librarianship Program jointed administrated by the Library and Information Science School and the Law School of University Washington) 學習。1993年畢業，并取得圖書與信息學碩士和法學圖書管理員證書 (Master of Library and Information Science with the Certificate of Law Librarianship)。隨后，在美國南伊麗諾州大學法學院和華盛頓大學法學院工至今。主要工作是法律圖書信息選購和管理，并教授法律檢索。近年來在工作之余，致力將在美所學的知識和獲得的工作經驗與國內法律界同行分享交流。
今年來與國內的主要合作項目：
法典編纂，國內主要合作單位：國務院法制辦、北京大學法學院信息中心
法律文獻引注規范，國內主要合作單位：北京大學法學院（朱蘇力，賀衛方）、法律出版社、北京大學出版社、法制出版社
政府信息出版和轉播，國內主要合作單位：中國國家圖書館、中國圖書館協會、北京大學法學院、中國法學會法律法學網合作機制

1997年7月——今： 華盛頓大學法學院 (Washington University School of Law)，圖書館技術部主任兼講師 (Director of Technical Services and Lecturer in Law), 教法律檢索 (legal research)
1993——1997年6月： 南伊麗諾州大學法學院 (Southern Illinois University School of Law) 圖書館管員兼助理教授
1984-1987年： 廈門大學法學院，教師，教國際貿易法和國際商法
